About this role
Due to significant growth I-MED Radiology is building a newly established IT team that manages the monitoring and alerting of critical business technology services across Australia's largest medical imaging network.
As a result, we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Operations Engineer to join our newly established team - The National Operations Centre (NOC) . We are seeking candidates with a strong background in IT systems and networks , coupled with extensive experience in managing IT service desk operations , and providing high-level support to internal and external staff. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in collaborating with various IT teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to the business, while striving for operational excellence.
