Lead Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Mentor: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of data analysts to ensure high-quality output and career growth.
• Data Strategy & Execution: Drive data initiatives that support business objectives by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities through advanced analytics.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and regular reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems. Define and enforce data governance best practices.
• Project Management: Prioritize, plan, and oversee the delivery of data projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Tooling & Automation: Drive automation of recurring data processes and reporting to improve efficiency.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
• Ability to translate raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Prior experience in operations or business analysis is a plus
