Description:

The Engineer would be embedded into team focus on jobs or employer profile, mix of building new features, fixing bugs, and enhancing existing features, this individual is assigned directly to a product team that works on either job-related features (such as job search, job listings, or application flows) or employer profile features (such as company pages or employer branding tools)

Glassdoor R&D is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Glassdoor’s products and services, including features for job seekers (such as job search and job listings) and employers (such as employer profiles and branding tools). Their work includes building new features, fixing bugs, and enhancing existing functionalities.

The R&D function at Glassdoor is part of a larger, high-level R&D organizational structure that spans both Indeed and Glassdoor, aiming to innovate and support the long-term strategy and performance of the marketplace.

Must have :

Programming: Swift, SwiftUI, Combine

Architecture & Patterns: MVVM

Testing: Unit Testing

Experience: 5+ years in LATAM markets

UI/UX: User Interface Design

APIs: REST, GraphQL

Core Work: Building new features, fixing bugs, and enhancing existing functionalities
