What you’ll be doing…

• Designing and developing scalable, performant iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Engaging with APIs and external interfaces to enhance mobile-first capabilities.
• Promoting best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
• Advocating for test automation, code quality, and Extreme Programming approaches.
• Supporting continuous improvement through CI/CD pipelines and modern tooling.
• Debugging and resolving complex issues across internal and third-party systems.
• Staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, feeding innovation into the roadmap.
• Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

What we’re looking for…

• Proven experience as a hands-on iOS Engineer, with strong proficiency in Swift.
• Track record of making technical decisions that lead to maintainable, scalable products.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, able to inspire high standards within the team.
• Passion for building secure, reliable, and testable applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in quick-service retail, e-commerce, or consumer digital services is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on innovation.
