We are expanding our business development efforts and seeking a Blockchain Sales Consultant to help us grow our client base and close high-value consulting projects.


Role Overview

As a Blockchain Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and closing deals for Browills’ blockchain and AI consulting services. You will work directly with the founder to craft client proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure successful handover to the delivery team.

This is a results-driven role best suited for a motivated, well-connected professional with a strong interest in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, tokenomics, and enterprise AI adoption.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in blockchain, fintech, AI, and Web3 sectors.
  • Present and pitch Browills’ consulting services, highlighting technical expertise and unique value proposition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Product Leads, Investors).
  • Collaborate with the founder to structure proposals and close high-ticket contracts.
  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and closed deals.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in technology (preferably blockchain/AI/Web3).
  • Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems (DeFi, tokenomics, stablecoins, NFTs, L1/L2s, enterprise use cases).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — able to work independently and deliver results.
  • Established network in fintech, blockchain, or AI industries (preferred).


Compensation
  • This role is structured as an Independent Contractor (commission-based) position.
  • You will earn a competitive commission (15–20%) on all closed contracts.
  • High-ticket projects mean significant earning potential (e.g., a $50k deal = $7.5k–$10k commission).
  • Opportunity to transition into a hybrid retainer + commission structure for top performers.
