At Globant Gut, we are looking for a senior professional in Marketing Data Analytics to join our team as a Business Intelligence Semi Sr.

We seek a talented and motivated analyst to be part of our Data, Analytics & Martech team, who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing-related data from our clients in order to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations that directly contribute to their strategic decision-making.


What would this person be doing?


  • Classify, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to digital marketing, content, social listening, advertising, consumer behavior, and advertising spend.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to provide timely and practical recommendations based on the results of executed actions.
  • Monitor online conversations and conduct sentiment analysis.
  • Stay up to date on the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in marketing data analytics.
  • Generate quantitative analyses focused on marketing research.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data, identifying trends, competitors, sentiment, and consumer insights relevant to the brand, industry, and target audience.
  • Develop quantitative research for brand, product, competition, and audience understanding.
  • Combine reporting, search, listening, and market research methodologies for campaign strategy development.
  • Follow up on research projects and prepare final reports.
  • Identify problems revealed through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including internal and client stakeholders, to align data analysis and research activities with the client’s strategic objectives.


Experience


  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or related data analysis.
  • Experience with social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, etc.
  • Strong understanding and interest in Digital Marketing, Content, Advertising, consumer media behavior, and global economic trends.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  • (Optional) Experience with visualization tools: Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI.
  • Basic SQL queries, conditions, and data cleaning processes.
  • (Optional) Experience with social media ETL platforms (Emplifi, Semrush, Supermetrics, Dataslayer).
  • (Optional) Experience with Google BigQuery, MySQL, etc.
  • (Optional) Use/management of APIs for ETLs (basic).
