My client, a well-funded AI scaleup, is seeking core 10x Software Engineers to join their team.

You will be working on problems and products that are changing the world for the better. My client is disrupting the Power and Electricity industry and was founded by an ex-Google Software Engineer. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to contribute to building products that create high-impact and real-world value for their customers.

This is one of the hottest roles in technology, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the brightest AI talent and software engineers in Australia - the team includes ex-Meta, Google, Atlassian and Canva engineers.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent core problem-solving skills
• Strong modern dev skills - Java, Kotlin, C++, Rust - any other modern languages are fine. My client is language agnostic when assessing talent
• Strong software engineering fundamentals - particularly across data structures and algorithms
• Excellent experience working on high-availability and large-scale systems
• Excellent product design and development experience
• Strong distributed systems experience
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, AZURE, GCP)
• Math/statistics/data modelling experience is a plus
• Experience with machine learning engineering is desirable but not imperative
• Must be a driven individual with a passion for product development, technology and learning
• You must be happy, even relish, being intellectually challenged.
