Job Title: Manager, Global Labelling (Product Leader)
Location: Switzerland
Office Based (On-site)
Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, revision, review, agreement, and maintenance of primary labelling (Company Core Data Sheet (CCDS), United States Package Insert (USPI) and associated patient labelling, European Union Product Information (EUPI), and derived documents (labelling text for EU, US)) for assigned compounds.
- Advise on labelling content, processes, and timelines while ensuring high quality and compliance.
- Contribute to the global labelling strategies by analysing competitors and their development plans. Advanced knowledge in Target Product Label development.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the end-to-end labelling process in a cross-functional environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required. Advanced degree (Master’s PhD, PharmD) in a scientific discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Global Labelling, with a focus on strategic labelling.
- Strong understanding of drug development and worldwide labelling regulations is essential.
- Proven experience leading project teams in a matrix environment and working with document management systems is required.
