Requirements
- Must have a strong background in mobile application testing, with expertise in both Android and iOS platforms
- Must lead testing efforts, ensure high-quality releases, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must have expertise in testing activities for both Android and iOS applications
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality of mobile applications
- Should Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage
- Should mentor and guide junior testers, providing training and support as needed
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile testing
- Proven experience as a Mobile Test Lead or similar role, with a focus on both Android and iOS platforms
- Strong understanding of mobile application development and testing processes
- Proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, XCUITest, Espresso, etc
- Should have basic knowledge of automation testing and scripting
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and Xray
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Should have experience with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Swift, Kotlin, or Objective-C
- Should have Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, Lamda Test
