Your new role…

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide crucial support to Koda’s Head of HR and assist in various operational and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, a high level of integrity, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.


A typical day will…

See you coordinating recruitment activities, providing HR administrative support, onboarding activities, scheduling training programs and ensuring all project duties are actioned efficiently.


You will bring…

  • A bachelor’s degree at minimum (HR preferred)
  • 2-5 years previous transferrable experience
  • Prior experience in HR
  • HRIS implementation experience (most desirable)
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
  • A high level of self-initiative and a positive can-do attitude
  • A passion for people
