Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the company's infrastructure;
- Design and implement CI/CD processes, primarily using GitLab CI;
- Ensure the monitoring and uninterrupted support of our solutions for customers;
- Develop solutions for process automation;
- Contribute to the evolution of internal DevOps standards and practices;
- Corporate client support.
What we expect:
- Strong experience working with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu) and a solid understanding of networking, file systems, permissions, and security principles;
- Confident use of GitLab CI/CD for building complex pipelines and writing reusable templates;
- Proficiency with Docker and basic experience with Kubernetes (cluster deployment, debugging, and writing Helm charts);
- Solid Bash scripting skills (able to write and read scripts);
- Basic knowledge of Terraform, Python, and/or Go;
- Familiarity with web servers such as Nginx and/or Apache;
- Experience working with monitoring stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and VictoriaMetrics;
- Willingness to continuously improve and learn new technologies;
- Strong planning, organizational, and self-management skills;
- At least two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
It will be a plus:
- Familiarity with Proxmox;
- Understanding of GitOps practices;
- Experience working with Perforce;
- Basic administration skills for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other databases;
- Experience writing Ansible and/or Salt playbooks;
- Experience with configuration management tools, such as Puppet or Salt;
- Basic experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and GCP)
