Part-Time Graphic Designer

Hours: 10–20 per week (with potential to increase)

Location: Remote (Flexible)


About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, boutique creative agency. You will work closely with the Creative Director on day-to-day tasks, creating engaging, trend-driven content for multiple brands in the beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and food sectors.

This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, collaborate effectively in a small team, and bring fresh creative ideas to the table — especially for organic social media content on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for Instagram and TikTok that feel organic and aligned with current social media trends (not overly “paid ad” style).
  • Proactively suggest content ideas and creative approaches based on weekly trends.
  • Participate in one-on-one meetings and design calls with the Creative Director.
  • Collaborate with the broader team while managing tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure content is visually compelling and linguistically correct by proofreading English copy when needed.
  • Work across multiple brands in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and occasionally food/agriculture industries.


Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3+ years in graphic design, ideally in a creative agency or with beauty/lifestyle brands.
  • Open to candidates with 5+ years of experience at a higher rate.
  • Languages: Advanced English (C1) — for internal communication and proofreading.
  • Tools & Platforms:Required: Canva, CapCut
  • Nice-to-Have: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, basic video editing skills, Figma
  • Soft Skills:Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, easygoing personality with no drama attitude.
  • Open to feedback but confident in standing behind creative ideas.


Schedule & Flexibility

  • Part-time: 10–15 hours/week initially, potentially increasing to 15–20 hours/week as needed.
  • Flexible hours, with some availability required for alignment calls and collaboration with the Creative Director.
  • Freelance-friendly: candidates may have other projects or roles as long as they can meet deadlines and be available for key meetings.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in food/agriculture branding is a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or related fields is optional — practical experience matters most.
