The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) reports directly to the BSC HR Director working closely in aligning HR strategies with the company's business objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership, you will drive talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management initiatives. This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, and implementing HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness. With a keen understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by optimizing the human capital and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and align HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Partner with management to identify and address employee development needs, offering solutions for career growth and skill enhancement.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions to enhance employee performance and engagement.
- Act as a mediator in employee relations matters, facilitating conflict resolution and promoting a culture of open communication and teamwork.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, assess organizational health, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, recognizing and celebrating achievements to boost morale and team cohesion.
- Manage compensation and benefits processes, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures and addressing employee queries.
- Stay abreast of HR trends and industry best practices, contributing insights to shape HR strategies that drive business success.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify and address skill gaps within the organization.
- Lead change management initiatives, providing guidance and support to employees and managers during periods of organizational transition.
- Proactively address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, fostering a workplace that embraces diversity and promotes inclusivity.
- Oversee HRIS systems (Ex. Workday), ensuring accurate and timely data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects to enhance HR processes and initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes, collaborating with the company internal vendor to ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Upper - Intermediate English Level is required.
- 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role in Business Share Services, demonstrating strategic HR leadership is required.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Workday/SNOW experience is a plus.
