Role Overview
The Global HS&E team is seeking a seasoned Program Management Manager to drive our strategic initiatives and manage complex projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a PMP professional with a proven record of leading large-scale programs with multiple workstreams. This role demands excellence in communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with workstreams, and develop content for regular business reviews.
- Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions.
- Create and manage work stream/project plans and business cases in aid of strategic projects.
- Create consolidated program-level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and/or respective workstream owners.
- Drive and produce program/project communication plans and materials, agenda, and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive large-scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices.

- Manage and drive large-scale programs with multiple underlying workstreams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business insights writing skills.
- Ability to work with ambiguity, self-driven, attention to detail, and plan/execute for the future.
- Strategic thinker with experience in Project Management.
- Quick to adapt - able to accelerate learning curve for new assignments.
- Relationship development and management at all levels.
- High degree of comfort working with global stakeholders across time zones.
- Attention to detail and willingness to flex based on business priorities.
