Role Overview

The Global HS&E team is seeking a seasoned Program Management Manager to drive our strategic initiatives and manage complex projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a PMP professional with a proven record of leading large-scale programs with multiple workstreams. This role demands excellence in communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and adaptability.

Key Accountabilities

• Drive projects and strategic initiatives, collaborate with workstreams, and develop content for regular business reviews.
• Responsible for project governance, reporting as required to support leadership decisions.
• Create and manage work stream/project plans and business cases in aid of strategic projects.
• Create consolidated program-level reporting and review individual project status to track progress and identify issues. Mitigate risks and concerns directly with project stakeholders and/or respective workstream owners.
• Drive and produce program/project communication plans and materials, agenda, and action items to keep relevant stakeholders informed.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive large-scale strategic initiatives and share preferred practices.
