Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with US clients, internal teams, and third-party partners to coordinate project activities.
• Develop detailed project plans, define objectives, oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle, and manage resource allocation.
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and dependencies proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of project management experience in IT, preferably with SaaS or ERP implementations.
• Proven experience working directly with US clients.
• Strong organizational skills, and communication skills in English (C1 level and above).
• Familiarity with agile project management methods.
• Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Google Project Management Certificate) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• A proactive learner with a desire to grow into senior project management and leadership roles.
