- - Enterprise Firewall Policy Management: Expertise in policy management and MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) processes.
- - Network Security Incident and Event Management: Strong experience with tools like Splunk and automation tools such as HP Network Automation (HPNA).
- - Blue Coat SOCKS Proxy Experience: Exposure to Blue Coat SOCKS proxy is advantageous (optional).
- - Multi-Cloud Computing and Security Solutions: Knowledge in these areas is required.
- - Linux/UNIX Skills: Proficiency in Linux/UNIX-based monitoring and network troubleshooting.
- - ITIL Service Delivery Operations: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly incident and change management, and familiarity with tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA.
- - Network & Security Automation Solutions: Familiarity with Python/API for enterprise network and security automation.
- - Packet Capture Tools Expertise: Ability to use tools such as Wireshark, TCPDump, and debug for packet capture analysis
