Life in Green is on a mission to make sustainable living accessible and impactful. We’re looking for a data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team and help us turn data into actionable insights that support our environmental goals and business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sustainability KPIs, operational performance, and customer engagement.
- Analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain) to uncover trends and drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI platforms.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and visualizations.
- Stay up-to-date with BI tools, sustainability analytics, and industry best practices.
- Generate periodic reports (based on pre-designed templates)
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements
- Work with databases and business management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, administration)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Data Analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles related to accounting, administration, or business operations.
- Proven experience in team-based and operational roles
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Familiarity with Power BI (preferred)
- Understanding of business metrics (costs, margins, profitability)
- Experience with management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
