Our software department designs control software for loader cranes from concept to implementation. Our tasks include developing a concept in close collaboration with other departments, followed by implementation and comprehensive testing in accordance with applicable standards. What's particularly exciting is that we test our software not only theoretically but also directly on real cranes.

We are looking for an Embedded Software Developer to join our team.

Your responsibilities

• Development of functionally safe software at the component or module level (C/C++)
• Conducting automated software tests and SIL/HIL validation tests
• Documentation of the entire software development process in accordance with safety guidelines
• Development of existing and new software architectures, interface definition, guideline definition, and documentation creation, validation of the created specifications
• Development of development content in coordination with various departments

Your qualifications

• Completed technical training (TU/FH/HTL) in electronics / computer science or comparable
• Several years of relevant professional experience as a software development engineer
• Experience in hardware-related software development and software architecture, knowledge of model-based software development, embedded Linux is an advantage
• Structured, independent work and ability to work in a team
• Very good German and English skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
