Main Responsibilities:
- Perform implementation, changes,consultation and on-site/on-call support of ZTE core network products:Cloud/PS/CS/UDM (at least one of products).
- Independently perform diagnostic investigation of complex customer-impacting ZTE core network issues to locate the root cause and slove them rapidly to eliminate the impact on customers.
- Perform software upgrade of ZTE core network Products.
- Analyze core network design, reliability, performance, solved issues , provide optimized solution to improve the customer experience.
- Track, analyze, and optimize network indicators to ensure network security and stability.
- Provide technical guidance, consultation , support, training and problem resolution to customers/partners.
