• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.
• Run discovery: customer interviews, market research, problem validation.
• Translate ideas into clear, actionable user stories and maintain a sharp backlog.
• Partner with engineering for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Drive go-to-market plans and create onboarding/enablement materials.
• Track product performance (e.g., PostHog) and iterate based on insights.

• Proven experience across Product Management and Product Ownership (ideally in smaller/agile orgs).
• Strength in strategic thinking, market research, and user discovery.
• Hands-on backlog management and user story writing; close collaboration with developers.
• Comfort with product analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Clear, influential communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• A practical, flexible mindset - switching between strategy and execution with ease.
