Skills & Qualifications

• Project Management: 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stream initiatives with multiple working groups.

• IT Expertise: 5+ years in internal IT environments with solid understanding of IT operations, asset lifecycle, key metrics, and application architecture.

• Methodologies: Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-changing environment.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis skills, including defining metrics, identifying data sources, and deriving insights from statistical results.

• Advanced Analytics: Understanding of AI, big data, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the initiative backlog and roadmap.

• Launch and coordinate cross-functional working groups, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
