IT Infrastructure Engineer role
We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge cyber ranges. If you're passionate about contributing to the cyber defense efforts of Estonia, the EU, and NATO, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Automating and managing cyber range infrastructure and virtual environments
- Configuring networking, systems monitoring, and implementing security solutions on basic level
- Participating in and supporting the preparation of cyber ranges for exercises and events
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- Engaging in international cooperation and participating in exercises
- An IT-related degree or relevant experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform, Foreman...) and CI/CD solutions
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g. VMWare, OpenStack, Proxmox...) and various networking technologies (Openvswitch, nsx)
- Hands-on experience working with Linux-based systems
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level), and Estonian language is a plus
- Eagerness to learn many new technologies and techniques
- Readiness to work in a team (at times on-site) and collaborate across domains
- Willingness to apply for a security clearance
