We are looking for a professional to join our team in Helsinki as the first technical hire, playing a key role in bringing our pilot into production. This is a unique opportunity to shape our technical foundation and directly influence how data and analytics power our B2B DaaS (Data as a Service) offering.

What you’ll do

• Work independently with business experts and external partners to translate needs into data-driven solutions
• Design and implement data pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality data flows
• Develop engaging and insightful Power BI dashboards for client-facing use
• Help establish best practices and technical groundwork to ensure our product can scale from pilot to production.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Fullstack development
• Strong experience building data pipelines and data products
• Proven expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices).

Strong Plus

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD for data/analytics projects.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance technical depth with business impact
• Good Finnish language skills and Fluent in English.
