Skills And Experiences

• Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in front-end development, with advanced skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and knowledge of frameworks such as Bootstrap, Angular, React, and Ember.
• Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Sublime, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks, plus some experience with Microsoft technologies like SharePoint and Team Foundation Server.
• Code Standards & Debugging: Understanding of coding standards and patterns such as semantic HTML, Module Patterns, and IIFE; skilled in debugging using browser developer tools and error trapping.
• User Experience Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles and techniques, ensuring solutions align with usability best practices.
• Mobile Development: Experience developing responsive solutions for mobile platforms.
• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with diverse clients, communicating technical requirements and constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Accountability & Quality Assurance: Committed to verifying the quality and accuracy of code, meeting standards, and supporting business development efforts.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English, with fluent language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a service-driven approach.
• Highly persuasive, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Enjoys tackling new and complex challenges.
• Quick learner, able to confidently adopt new technologies, and work effectively in teams or independently, including with global teams.

What You'll Do

As part of our Avanade X, you will develop solutions to client specifications and contribute to solution specifications. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing applications that create a seamless and enjoyable user experience.

• Development: Design and implement efficient, reusable, and flexible UI components using modern tools like JavaScript, CSS3, AJAX, JQuery, HTML5, and React.
• Innovation: Keep up with emerging technologies and best practices; experiment with new techniques to enhance code performance and flexibility.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX Architects, Creative Leads, Visual Designers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, ensuring cohesive project delivery and meeting client needs.
