As we expand our digital footprint, we’re seeking a strategic, hands-on Ecommerce Project Manager to work closely with the Head of Ecommerce on key initiatives that drive growth and improve performance across the online business.

You’ll lead and support cross-functional projects that impact acquisition, conversion, retention, and onsite experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, data-driven, and ready to take ownership of complex initiatives.


📝 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Execution

  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to scope, manage, and execute strategic growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners (agencies, developers, consultants) to deliver projects that improve business performance.
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support the execution of projects across both of our ecommerce websites.

Digital Growth & Analytics

  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CLV, etc.).
  • Translate insights into testable ideas to optimize the digital funnel and onsite experience

Website & UX Optimization

  • Oversee website improvement initiatives, including UX/UI upgrades, onsite merchandising enhancements, and A/B testing.
  • Manage relationships with the tech stack partners and developers to implement changes efficiently on Shopify Plus.

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Collaborate on CRM strategy execution, including email and retention journeys, with a focus on personalization and performance.
  • Monitor and iterate on lifecycle KPIs such as repeat rate, time to second purchase, and churn reduction.


Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ecommerce, ideally within fashion or direct-to-consumer environments.
  • Proven experience working in global teams or for an international brand.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with ecommerce KPIs, GA4, and reporting tools.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional digital projects with clear impact.
  • Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem, including common third-party apps, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
