Your Mission

In the future, it won’t just be about using less energy – it will be about using it at the right time. Only then can volatile renewable sources like wind and solar be optimally integrated into our electricity system.

With our AI-powered flexOn platform, we help industrial energy consumers actively flexibilize their energy usage – in other words, to use electricity exactly when it is greenest and most affordable.

🔎 Your Tasks

• Develop, maintain, and refactor Golang microservices
• Design and document REST or GraphQL APIs for internal and external use
• Write unit, integration, and load tests to ensure quality and resilience
• Review code, identify performance issues, and propose improvements
• Use Docker and CI/CD pipelines to build and ship services efficiently
• Monitor services, respond to incidents, and continuously improve reliability

🎯 Your Qualifications

• Solid production experience with Go (Golang)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL)
• Familiarity with AWS basics (ECS/EKS, RDS, IAM)
• Confident working with Git for daily workflows and code reviews

💡 Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Interest in energy markets, IoT, or data-driven optimization
