The Role

We're looking for a Junior Software & AI Engineer (Intern/Mini-Job) to join our small, dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in building and evolving our technical infrastructure, from developing AI-powered tools to enhancing our core application. This remote position offers the unique opportunity to work across our entire tech stack while pioneering the integration of AI into every aspect of our development process.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the main LuminaOS SaaS platform development and feature releases
• Build and maintain a custom CRM system using AI-assisted development tools
• Develop and deploy AI agents and automation tools to enhance our operations
• Manage and continuously improve our website and web presence
• Maintain and optimize the data schema for our main application
• Help shape our mobile application as we expand to iOS and Android
• Leverage AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development
• Solve technical challenges independently while knowing when to collaborate

What We're Looking For (Note: not all of this is required)

• Bachelor's degree (at least advanced semester) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field
• Hands-on experience building software in team environments
• Strong foundation in web application development
• Exceptional learning mindset – you're excited about mastering new technologies
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, or similar)
• Self-sufficient problem-solver who thrives with autonomy
• Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking
• Experience building AI agents or automation workflows
• Mobile app development experience (React Native, Flutter, or native)
• Familiarity with SaaS architecture and best practices
• Background in data modeling and schema design
