We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer for infotainment systems (M/W/D) to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry.

🔎 Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of intuitive, user-centered experiences for current and next-generation smart cockpit solutions in customer vehicles.
• Lead the localization and market-specific adaptation of HMI/UX designs to ensure alignment with customer expectations in regions outside of China.
• Develop user personas, user stories, and storyboards to guide design decisions and user journey mapping.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience.
• Define information architecture and create sitemaps to structure content and navigation effectively.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UX specifications using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Drive the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency across platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, program managers, and design studios—to translate business and technical requirements into exceptional user experiences.
• Clearly communicate UX design intent to stakeholders, fostering alignment across teams and functions.
• Conduct benchmarking and stay informed on automotive HMI trends and emerging technologies to inspire innovation.
• Invent and develop new interaction concepts for future vehicle platforms and digital experiences.
• Support the preparation of management presentations and reports, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regional UX/HMI standards and regulations, particularly in Europe and North America.

✨Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Visual Design, Product Design, Multimedia Design, Motion Design, Game Design, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in automotive UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered solutions.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, user-centered design principles, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience in prototyping using tools such as Figma or Unity is a significant advantage.
• Genuine passion for automotive and mobility-related user experiences, with a focus on innovation and usability.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in all communications and activities.
• User-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a drive to create meaningful experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and hands-on, capable of working independently and proactively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet suppliers, partners, visit customer facilities, or support test drive activities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.
