🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the product roadmap for key areas of our crypto casino platform
• Translate business goals and player insights into product strategy and execution
• Partner with founders, designers, and engineers to ship features that delight players and move KPIs
• Drive end-to-end product development: ideation, specs, prioritization, delivery, and iteration
• Analyse data and player behaviour to inform product decisions and optimize performance
• Stay on top of crypto, web3, and iGaming trends—bringing fresh ideas into the product
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a world-class product organization
  
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (iGaming, fintech, or consumer tech preferred)
• A proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale
• Strong understanding of product discovery, agile development, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across functions
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset—you don’t just manage tasks, you drive outcomes
• Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
