đ What Youâll Be Doing
- Own the product roadmap for key areas of our crypto casino platform
- Translate business goals and player insights into product strategy and execution
- Partner with founders, designers, and engineers to ship features that delight players and move KPIs
- Drive end-to-end product development: ideation, specs, prioritization, delivery, and iteration
- Analyse data and player behaviour to inform product decisions and optimize performance
- Stay on top of crypto, web3, and iGaming trendsâbringing fresh ideas into the product
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a world-class product organization
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager (iGaming, fintech, or consumer tech preferred)
- A proven track record of delivering successful digital products at scale
- Strong understanding of product discovery, agile development, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across functions
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindsetâyou donât just manage tasks, you drive outcomes
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
- Hands-on experience in online casinos, sportsbooks, or crypto gaming
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies, tokens, or wallets
- Experience optimizing conversion funnels, retention, and player engagement
- Strong UX instincts and ability to collaborate closely with designers
