- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to design and execute security strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of security tools, frameworks, and emerging cybersecurity trends.
- Incident Expertise: Experience managing security incidents and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Compliance Understanding: Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with certifications like CISSP or CISM highly preferred.
