The Role

We are seeking a digitally savvy and creative professional to support the growth of our international community and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.

As part of the Web & Social Media Team, you will contribute to a variety of digital activities, including:

Social Media

• Develop and schedule engaging content for the University’s social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) to foster interaction with current students and attract prospective candidates worldwide
• Provide live coverage of events through Instagram stories and video reels
• Social media listening and monitoring: reply to DMs and moderate interactions in line with the University’s policies
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using social media analytics tools
• Support international recruitment campaigns and content creators’ partnerships
• Stay updated on digital trends, especially in higher education and healthcare communication
  
  

Website

• Maintain and update website content in collaboration with other University departments: upload announcements and academic resources, create contact forms, publish articles
• Create webpages dedicated to new degree courses or campus facilities
• Monitor website analytics (traffic, engagement, SEO performance)
• Collaborate with senior web specialists to fix technical issues
• Ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date in multiple languages
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing agencies or similar environments
• Passion for web technologies and social media platforms
• Strong copywriting skills and a flair for creativity
• Familiarity with website management and analytics tools
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality
