Junior Product Manager (m/w/d)

The Junior Pdoduct Manager is the key person that drive the execution into the territory for the brands & partners strategy.

The role manages directly or indirectly the brand & partner strategy trying to maximize the opportunity for the brands and partners in the market and for epay.

Your tasks:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps for new and existing content providers, working closely with internal teams (Sales, IT, Logistics, Finance)
• Plan, coordinate, and implement tailored marketing and communication plans for each assigned content provider
• Drive and align brand strategies, ensuring consistent collaboration between local teams and the global content team

Your skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within a multinational company
• Previous experience in the service industry; background in Digital/Tech/Gaming/Entertainment is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills across different audiences
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
• Ability to set priorities and re-prioritize as needed to meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Solid soft skills: project management, planning and organization, attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English language skills
