Clivet SpA is looking for a new colleague who will join our Design Team as a UX/UI Senior Designer!

As our new UX/UI Designer, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Define the next future of our physical and digital user interfaces! You will consider user trends, different customer profiles, and our multi-regional & multi-brand strategy to shape innovative solutions.
• Deal with the UX/UI tasks of our team, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including developers, product managers, and R&D) and external partners.
• Define and apply a new UI design system to our entire HMI portfolio. Your mission? To guarantee a consistent and amazing brand experience across all our different products!
• Design and prototype user interfaces for HMI, mobile, and web, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate your great ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on your designs. Your voice will be crucial for our products!
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design. We do believe in life-long learning!
• Be in charge of the deployment of the visual communication and graphics on our residential products.
• Mentoring the young UX designer talents in our team. Your experience will help them grow!

This is what we are looking for for this new role:

• A Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6+ years) as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio that showcases your design work. Yes, we want to see your great projects!
• Highly developed visual communication and graphic design skills.
• You are proficient with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Knowledge in Arduino (or other coding software)? That's a nice to have!
• Professional experience in a structured and international environment (in Design Consultancy or a Corporate Company)? Even better!
• You are fluent in English (both written and spoken). If you know Italian or Chinese... Better!
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within interdisciplinary teams.
• You are based in Italy and open to travel.
