About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer/Analyst to lead the design of innovative, user-friendly financial software applications. In this role, you'll collaborate with product owners and a team of UX experts to translate user needs into impactful product features. You’ll drive the design of efficient and engaging application interfaces, prepare and facilitate design-thinking workshops, and conduct usability testing to refine and elevate the solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 User Needs Analysis: Conduct interviews, contextual inquiries, and user workshops

👥 Persona Creation & Task Analysis: Build personas, user journeys, and flow diagrams

🧩 Conceptual Modeling: Develop information architecture for complex software solutions

🎨 UI/Interaction Design: Design intuitive interfaces for complex products

📝 Prototyping & Mock-ups: Build high-fidelity prototypes using Figma

🔍 Usability Testing: Conduct tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs

🗣️ Present & Persuade: Effectively communicate design solutions to stakeholders

What Makes You a Great Fit:

✨ Minimum 6 years in a UX role with a proven record in software UX design

🌐 Strong understanding of Design Thinking with experience in facilitation

📊 Excellent business analysis skills and quick grasp of complex product contexts

🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge business and IT needs

🗣️ Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
