DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE

The candidate will be placed in the Store Design & Construction department focus on supporting the design of works for the realisation of the BATA & AW LAB Western Europe store retail and franchising. In addition, he/she will support in the development of BATA & AW LAB concepts and special projects.


KEY CHALLENGES

  • Survey of shop/warehouse premises
  • Drafting outline projects according to the BATA & AW LAB concept
  • Discussion with Omnichannel/Franchisee for project definition
  • Drafting of the executive project
  • Support during final pre-opening testing


CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in architecture/industrial design
  • Good knowledge of Autocad drawing programme
  • Good knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop graphics programmes
  • Good knowledge of Office programmes
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to relate to other departments/franchises/masters
  • Creativity


LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

  • Italian
  • English
  • Spanish as a plus


LOCATION

  • Limena (PD)
  • Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
