You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

• 6PB+ Ceph storage
• 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
• 300k+ service requests/sec processed

Your day-to-day:

• Understand product and business requirements, and design solutions to meet them
• Write clean, reusable code and improve best practices
• Design and build scalable, high-performance systems
• Own and justify technical and architectural decisions
• Share knowledge with other engineers
• Collaborate with teams to deliver quality solutions
• Resolve complex issues and document solutions
• Support hiring and contribute to team growth
• Bring fresh ideas and drive innovation
  
  
  

Tech Stack:

• Web application: Python, Flask
• Databases: Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse
• Hosting: Clever-cloud, Hetzner, GCP
• Scraping tools: Puppeteer, Playwright
• Tools & analytics: Datadog or similar
  
  
  

Your skills & experience:

• Used to develop wep-app in Python at scale
• Fluent English (international team)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Very good communication skills
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience in a remote environment
• Web scraping knowledge
• Some Data engineering skills

Salary:
