AI Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join agrowing team. You will contribute to building and improving web applications that support HR technology solutions. The role includes working with modern frameworks, cloud services, AI-based tools, and large language models (LLMs).

What you will do

• Work on the platform built with PHP, while also creating new greenfield products with Python and MySQL on AWS
• Assist in integrating AI/LLM tools (such as OpenAI, Copilot) into development workflows
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to deliver features
• Contribute to documentation of your code and solutions

What we are looking for

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience - either Python or PHP
• Experience with backend development (including database and REST API development)
• Some experience with front-end development (Vue.js or similar)
• Experience in AI/LLMs (OpenAI , Junie, Copilot or etc.)
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and Agile/Scrum workflows
• Willingness to learn and share ideas within the team

Nice to have

• Experience with FastAPI, Aiohttp, or other asynchronous frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud services like AWS SageMaker, Lambda, or Bedrock
• Background in performance or API testing tools (e.g., k6, Postman)
