React Engineers from Mid to Senior Level

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project goals and contribute to their technical realization.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable front-end applications with React.
• Ensure the performance and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain consistency, improve quality, and foster collaboration within the team.
• Assist in designing and implementing custom design systems and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications.
• Write and maintain robust unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e) tests.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate on improving processes for documentation, testing, and development workflows.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of front-end development experience, with a primary focus on React.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React Native (a huge plus).
• Understanding of working with distributed systems (cloud or on-premises).
• Proven ability to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Experience building and maintaining custom design systems.
• Familiarity with form libraries like React Hook Form or Formik.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (e2e).
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).

• Knowledge of deployment processes.
• Familiarity with integrating AI tools.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience.
• Experience implementing accessibility features.
• Understanding of security and authorization best practices.

Salary Ranges

• 2900 - 5000 EUR gross for Mid Level position
• 5000 - 6250 EUR gross for Senior Level position
