Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle – from concept and planning to delivery, improvement, and retirement of features.
- Define and execute product strategy for business cards in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with Lithuanian and EU requirements for payment card products, including PSD2, AML, and card scheme rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including IT, compliance, operations, marketing, and external vendors – to deliver product enhancements and integrations.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk, and customer impact.
- Gather and translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and functional requirements.
- Oversee testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable, secure, and user-friendly product features.
- Monitor performance using key metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis within financial services or card issuing/acquiring.
- Proven knowledge of payment card products (preferably business credit/debit cards).
- Solid understanding of card payments ecosystem, including card schemes, processing, and settlement.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting payment card products (PSD2, AML, card scheme compliance).
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external vendors in technology or financial services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
