Task Responsibilities:

:

  • In collaboration with the Cybersecurity team and Infrastructure Architects, implement and ensure that appropriate controls are in place for the protection of CV’s information assets against all forms of information security threats.
  • Actively identify vulnerabilities existing in our infrastructure and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  • Regularly oversee penetration tests to find any flaws existing in the infrastructure.
  • Support the implementation of a set of security controls defined in the security roadmap and following infrastructure team guidelines.
  • Improve 3rd party cybersecurity assessment process and follow up activity.
  • Integrate new security solution and maintain the existing ones.
  • Provide L3/L2 expertise for the IT department.
  • Evaluate IT cybersecurity risks in new projects and/or solutions.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar IT security role.
  • Hands on experience with Fortinet Firewalls, Varonis, Waf, SSL VPN, S2S, CyberArk will be highly appreciated.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth technical knowledge of IT security risks and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to educate non-technical audiences on various security measures/topics.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional information security certification such as Fortinet, CISSP, GIAC and Cloud Security certifications will be highly appreciated.
  • Team player and ability to work with multiple technical teams and technologies to ensure high security standard of the entire IT landscape.
  • Experience in the airline industry would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Be willing to travel when required within our international organization (more than 50 different countries).

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Full-time position based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Standard office hours are to be expected Monday - Friday.
  • Flextime is applicable to this position
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection.
