What you’ll do

As a senior full-stack engineer with a backend mindset, you’ll spend around 60–70% of your time on backend systems, while also pitching in on frontend polish and performance when needed. You’ll get hands-on impact across areas like:

• Build integrations at scale — connect with tools like Miro, Figma, Salesforce, Snowflake, BigQuery, and more.
• Power real-time collaboration — enhance multiplayer features with techniques like fractional indexing and CRDTs.
• Develop AI-powered experiences — partner with the AI team to surface insights from customer journey data.
• Support frontend performance — contribute to the design system and craft fast, reliable user experiences.
• Own your work — plan, prioritise, and ship in an async-first, minimal-overhead environment.
