• Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations
• Mastering Business Rules, Workflows, Client Scripts, and UI Pages
• Proven track record in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (JDBC, MID Server, REST APIs)
• Experience in specific ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, PA)
• Fluency in EnglishSoft skills:
• Good communication
