Tasks
- Lead and manage multiple compliance-focused software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Boost IT's strategic goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on compliance-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and best practices in the software development industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
