• Lead and manage multiple compliance-focused software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Boost IT's strategic goals.


• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.


• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while proactively identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.


• Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.


• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
