BCA Europe is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work within the Demand and Program Delivery team to manage technology projects with the EU footprint, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

In addition to the ownership and delivery of the technical side of projects, the role also involves coordinating cross-functional team, managing project risks, and communicating project status to stakeholders. They will also support local teams in managing small-scale demands which adhering to overarching governance frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic objectives.

Role Accountabilities:

Project Management

• Lead complex technology projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Support and Governance

• Support local teams in managing small-scale demands, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.

• Provide guidance and support to junior project managers.

• Ensure alignment with overarching governance standards and strategic objectives.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication

• Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular updates.

• Present project plans and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams and stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience:

· Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager.

· Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

· Experience managing technology projects within a multinational organisation.

· Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices.

· Experience with risk management and issue resolution.

· Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud infrastructure projects.

· Experience working in project teams and leading cross-functional teams.
