We are looking for talented engineers with expertise in modern data tools and cloud environments—whether it’s Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud—to join us in shaping the future of data-driven enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines, migrations, and cloud data platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of data strategies, governance models, and AI/ML solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to transform business needs into efficient technical solutions.
  • Leverage your expertise in data warehousing, automation, and integration tools (e.g., Snowflake, Matillion, Talend, Azure Data Factory, Databricks) to drive impactful business outcomes.
  • Apply CI/CD practices and work with tools like Git, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
  • Enable efficient data processing and analytics for large-scale cloud environments.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have:

  • At least a couple of years of experience as a data engineer or architect in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong consulting abilities, with the skill to build trust with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in data integration, automation, and transformation (Snowflake, Databricks, Talend, Matillion, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Git, Docker, Jenkins & Terraform).
  • Understanding of cloud security, privacy issues, and governance for cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to clients (Finnish is a plus).
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
