The Role

We are seeking a sales-driven professional to grow Helvetic Tech’s international student base. You will be responsible to attract, engage, and convert prospective international students through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and targeted campaigns. This is a high-impact, target-oriented role with a strong focus on lead generation, sales conversion, and market expansion.


Responsibilities

  • International Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and convert prospective students globally, turning inquiries into enrolments.
  • Partnership Development: Build relationships with international agents, schools, career counsellors, and educational networks to create a robust referral pipeline.
  • Events & Outreach: Represent Helvetic Tech at international education fairs, webinars, info-sessions, and virtual events to attract high-quality leads.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Track prospects, follow up systematically, and report on conversion metrics and sales performance.
  • Market Insights: Monitor trends in international student recruitment, competitive programmes, and visa/immigration regulations to improve strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns, localised content, and communication tailored for international audiences.


Requirements

  • Proven sales or business development experience, with measurable results. Experience in education or international student recruitment is a plus.
  • At least three-year experience in student recruitment.
  • Goal-oriented, driven by targets, KPIs, and results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage (German, French, or Italian).
  • Ability to travel within Switzerland and internationally as needed.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple leads/pipelines simultaneously.
  • Readiness to relocate to Switzerland.
