- 负责APP/小程序/智能产品的用户体验设计，基于产品需求梳理用户操作流程，排查体验卡点，输出符合用户习惯的交互方案。
- 独立完成线框图、交互原型设计（如使用Figma、Axure），清晰标注交互逻辑（如按钮点击反馈、页面跳转规则），并配合UI设计师推进视觉落地。
- 参与需求评审，从用户体验角度提出优化建议，确保产品功能与体验目标一致；跟进研发过程，解决交互实现中的问题，负责产品验收，保障设计落地效果。
- 组织或参与用户可用性测试、体验调研，收集用户反馈，结合产品数据（如转化率、操作时长）迭代优化交互方案，持续提升用户使用流畅度。
- 维护产品交互设计规范，统一设计语言（如iOS/Android端差异适配），确保跨版本、跨模块的体验一致性。
- 学历与经验：本科及以上学历，设计类（如工业设计、视觉传达、数字媒体），计算机通信类相关专业优先；3-5年物联网/互联网产品UE/交互设计经验，有APP设计案例者优先。
- 技能要求：
- 熟练使用Figma、Axure、Sketch等设计工具，能高效输出高保真原型；
- 理解iOS（Human Interface Guidelines）、Android（Material Design）设计规范，熟悉不同平台的用户交互习惯；
- 具备基础的用户调研、可用性测试方法，能通过数据或反馈定位体验问题并提出解决方案。
- 能力素质：
- 强同理心，能从“小白用户”视角思考设计，注重细节（如报错提示清晰度、操作步骤简化）；
- 良好的沟通能力，能清晰向产品、研发团队传递设计逻辑，推动需求落地；
- 有主动学习意识，关注行业最新交互设计趋势（如AIGC辅助体验设计），并应用于实际工作。
