We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support across the HR department, including translation, adaptation, and implementation of procedures received from the Group, while contributing to a wide range of HR activities and projects. You will also take part in recruitment processes, and support employee relations to ensure a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the HR team in core areas: recruitment, onbording, development, employee engagement, and employee relations;
- Assist in implementing HR processes, policies, and projects according to HQ and local guidelines;
- Participate in recruitment projects when required (posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, candidate communication);
- Organize onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration for new office employees;
- Within company policy, assist in investigating employee complaints and disputes; document findings and recommend disciplinary action and/or appropriate resolution;
- Conduct basic internal audits of HR processes (turnover, hiring, promotions, transfers, exit interviews) to identify trends and propose training, counseling, or other corrective actions;
- Identify potential employee relations issues, report findings, and recommend solutions;
- Collaborate with Payroll and other departments on employment contracts, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with local labor law;
- Support HR communication and employer branding initiatives;
- Assist in monitoring legislative updates and ensuring HR practices remain compliant.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in any HR area;
- Higher education (HR, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred);
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices;
- Previous experience in sourcing candidates, posting job ads, and conducting first interviews with a focus on providing consistent recruitment support;
- Ability to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes when needed, ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience;
- Experience or knowledge in handling employee relations cases is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
