Business Analyst

🚀 We are hiring: Treasury Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team and support the Group Treasury Lead Team in an exciting business transformation program related to the implementation of a new Treasury Management System (SAP S/4).

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis phase in collaboration with business and system integration consultants, ensuring alignment with the Group Treasury lead team.
• Contribute to the preparation of functional and technical analyses with external consultants.
• Monitor system customizing and development phases, liaising with the Process Owner and local teams to ensure full consistency with the design.
• Participate in testing phases, supporting treasury departments in training and facilitating communication between operations teams and the project team.
• Collaborate with program management structures to ensure accurate reporting and monitoring.

🎓 Profile & Skills

• Degree in Economics or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to translate business processes into digital applications.
• Team player, flexible, with high tolerance to stress and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SAP.
