Analytics Team Lead

We seek a Technical HR Analytics Expert - Leas who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

As Adjunct Lead Analytics, you will join the VISIER Analytics project team, composed of a Deployment Lead, an Analytics Lead, an RBP Lead, and in close collaboration with the HR Data Office associated with SAP SuccessFactors.

You bring strong technical and functional expertise in HR Analytics, with the ability to translate business requirements into robust, governed analytics solutions.

Your role is both hands-on technical and methodological:

- You will deep-dive into SuccessFactors data models,

- Explore and extract relevant data,

- Configure analytics in VISIER,

- Help shape the governance model for KPI design and usage.

You will also mentor other team members on HR Analytics practices and contribute to the transition away from Power BI and People Analytics.

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
• 10+ years of experience in HR Analytics
• Data governance frameworks (KPI catalogs, DQI, metadata management).
• Data integration concepts
• SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
